MORNING AND EVENING PRACTICE IS A NECESSITY IN ORDER TO LIVE CONSCIOUSLY DURING THE DAY
Due to sleep the mind in the morning is in a tamasic state and gradually enters in a rajasic state. Both keep the mind in an hypnotic state of identification.
If we don't begin our day with prayer, pranayama, japa mantra and meditation we cannot enter in the sattva mental state and live during the day alert and awake of our presence. Without the morning practice we are going to pass our day in a day dreaming state identified with the mental and emotional patterns and the external incidents.
Similarly if you don´t practice in the evening before you go to sleep the mind will elaborate all mundane experiences. Thus from the day dreaming you will fall to sleep dreaming.
Before go to sleep focus your mind on divine thoughts and contemplate on God in order the mind to continue subconsciously during sleep to elaborate with these sublime thoughts.
If you want to elevate your mind and live consciously instead of a mechanical life then the morning and evening practice are a sine qua non.
If you want to go beyond your mind and realize your true nature you must practice not only morning and evening but during all day. Then and only then success is possible!
