SELF-REMEMBRANCE OR SELF-AWARENESS II
Whatever you do, try your best to remember (or not to forget) Yourself*, and not to identify with yourself*.
Refrain from doing or to relate to anything makes you forget Yourself and be identified with yourself.
Relate with anything and do anything that helps you remember your Self and not to identify with yourself.
If you want to awaken to your true nature, you must constantly choose between what helps you to wake up and what makes you continue asleep.
First of all you need to discern and understand what is that prevents wake up in order to avoid it and what is that helps you to wake up in order to follow it.

Of course
it is required to live according to your understanding and discernment. To
go against your discernment and understanding is like to commit suicide.
