BRAHMAN IS THE SOURCE OF UNALLOYED BLISS
AND WE ARE THAT
AND WE ARE THAT
Brahman which the Absolute Reality is the all in all, the origin and the
essence of all beings in this infinite universe.
Brahman is Satchitananda. That means it is Sat, Chit and Ananda.
SAT is Existence Absolute beyond space, time, form and causation.
CHIT is Consciousness Absolute. Brahman is Self-luminous consciousness thus does not need any other light to know itself. The moon borrows its light from the sun but the sun has its own light, likewise Brahman is Self-luminous.
ANANDA is Bliss Absolute. Brahman is unalloyed bliss without limits or conditions.
The essence of every human being is identical with the Absolute Being or Brahman and it is called Atman.
One of the great mahavakyas of Upanishads say "Aham Atma Brahma" which means that Atman is identical with Brahman, in other words Atman is Brahman.
Thus our real nature, our true Self is Brahman itself and for this reason we are also Satchiananda.
EXISTENCE & CONSCIOUSNESS
Everyone, every human being exists and knows that exists. These two are related with the first two aspects of Brahman which is our essence.
We exist and this is the first aspect (Sat aspect of Brahman)and at the same time we are aware or conscious that we exist and this is the second aspect (Chit aspect of Brahman).
The ordinary people identify the Sat aspect (the existence) with the body and thus they afraid that when the body will die will disappear completely.
They think also that the chit aspect (consciousness) belongs to the mind which consider as a part of the body. They identify the Chit aspect of Brahman with the body and mind and therefore they think that awareness or consciousness is a byproduct of matter and will disappear with the death.
Conclusion.
All human beings have direct experience of the two aspects of God or Brahman(existence, consciousness) but they identify them with the body mind entity or the ego.
ANANDA/BLISS
The bliss aspect of our true nature which is Brahman it is experienced only by the illuminated or the enlightened ones.
Ordinary people experience only a small part of this Brahmic bliss and under certain circumstances. The reason is that their mind is impure, full of low vibration energies which we call egoistic tendencies or defects and dominated by the gunas rajas y tamas which are the qualities that make the mind distorted, distracted, dull, hypnotized and incapable to discern the true from the false, the reality from the illusion.
Awakening happens when we realize that we are existence and consciousness (which are the two aspects of our true Self) beyond the body, mind and senses. But full realization happens when we dissolve the ego completely, root and branch and our mind merges in Brahman living thus without brake and effort the divine peace and bliss.
It is important to know that only a calm, concentrated, serene and still mind can reflect clearly the bliss aspect of our Soul. This is possible through deep meditation which is easily achieved by a pure mind well trained for long time.

But the
freedom from all suffering and the enjoyment of the unalloyed bliss of Brahman can be experienced without
any effort only from a pure sattvic mind totally free from ego, the
rajas and tamas gunas because only such a mind can remain calm, still and merge
in its source, the Atman or Brahman. Such a mind is Brahman indeed. A free from
ego mind becomes identical with its source, the Brahman, and lives in eternal
unity, freedom, peace, and bliss.
YOU ARE BRAHMAN REALIZE THIS AND LIVE THE FREEDOM AND BLISS OF YOUR ETERNAL SELF.
