THE WHEEL OF SAMSARA ~ Atman Nityananda

THE WHEEL OF SAMSARA
We are the creators of our imprisoning and our suffering

Every pleasurable experience becomes a tendency to experience the same pleasure;
the repetition of pleasure becomes lust;
lust becomes desire;
desire becomes craving, greed, addiction and attachment
and thus we become the creators of our imprisoning, the creators of our pains and suffering.

Identification with the body, mind and objects, anger, fear, depression, sadness, discontentment, uneasiness, lack of completeness, insatisfaction, loneliness, separation, etc., all are the side effects of desires and pleasures.

This is the Samsaric life of bith and death, pleasure and suffering

Who takes refuge in Me realizes Brahman ~ Baghavad Gita

 extract from Baghavad Gita : CH. 7, VER.: 26,27,28,29

26. I know, O Arjuna, the beings of the past, the present and the future, but no one knows Me.

27. All beings are subject to delusion at birth, O Bharata, by the delusion of the pairs of opposites that arise from desire and aversion*, O Parantapa!
Note: the pairs of opposite born by desire and aversion*: attraction-repulsion, like-dislike, love-hatred, happiness-sadness, exhilaration-depression, satisfaction-disappointment, contentment-discontentment, optimism-pessimism, pleasure-pain, pleasant-unpleasant, comfort-discomfort etc.
28. But those men of virtuous deeds whose sins have come to an end, and who are freed from the delusion of the pairs of opposites worship Me, steadfast in their vows*.-
Note: worship Me, steadfast in their vows*: they worship Me with their mind steadily concentrated to Me; their mind is not carried away by the desire, the aversion and the pairs of opposites born of desire. All pairs of opposites are born of desire and in reality are only modifications of desire itself.
29. Those who strive for liberation from old age and death, taking refuge in Me, realise in full That Brahman, the whole knowledge of the Supreme Self and all about action (Karma).
Thus in the Upanishads of the glorious Bhagavad Gita, the science of the Eternal, the scripture of Yoga, the dialogue between Sri Krishna and Arjuna, ends the seventh discourse entitled:
“The Yoga of Wisdom and Realisation”

"I am the pure Consciousness, ever free, peaceful and blissful" ~ Atman Nityananda

 "I am neither inside nor outside," "I am what is beyond the outside and the inside"
"I am the pure Consciousness, ever free, peaceful and blissful"

A free from 'ego' and desires mind it is found neither inside nor outside because it has reached what is beyond the inside and the outside.

It has achieved the causeless, timeless, spaceless and imperishable peace, joy and freedom.
