Self-realization is the purpose of every human being.
Our essence or true Self is the non-dual Consciousness
identical with the Universal Consciousness which is the source and substratum of all cosmos.
This essence is eternal freedom, peace, love, and bliss.
We have to realize this and express it in the world.
In order to achieve this realization we have to do intense spiritual sadhana (practice).
